The Dining Room is one of two principal dining venues on the Nieuw Amsterdam (the other is the Lido Market buffet). It serves Breakfast and Dinner every day and Lunch most days. You receive a printed menu to order a multi-course meal from a dining steward. Your meal will be served on beautiful Rosenthal and Delft china in an elegant setting.

While these menus won't be identical to what will be offered to us, they should be pretty similar. In any event you have a pretty good idea of what to expect.
