The Crow's Nest (forward Deck 11 - Observation Deck - accessible only via forward elevators) has always been a favorite spot for me to kick back in a chair with my feet up on an ottoman and watch the scenery as the ship plows through the seas. Reading, sipping a pleasant beverage, watching the ocean, perhaps dozing from time to time - I can't think of a better way to spend a morning at sea. Or an afternoon.
Within (or adjacent to, depending on your point of view) the Crow's Nest, you can also find the Game Room (where you can find board games and jigsaw puzzles), the Art Studio (where you can explore painting, drawing, and a variety of crafts), and the Shore Excursions Office AKA EXC or Explorations Central (where you can get information about and book shore excursions).
