The Tamarind Bar (midships Deck 11 - Observation Deck accessible via midships elevators only) is a great spot for a pre or post dinner drink if you're dining at Tamarind or Morimoto by Sea.
But because Tamarind and its Tamarind Bar are a bit remotely located, it can also be a great spot for a relaxing drink when other bars and lounges on the Nieuw Amsterdam are crowded and really busy.
The Tamarind Bar has its own food offerings of "Light Bites" included in the drinks menu (shown below).
